No, our tents are prices without sidewall because most events are in the summer and do not need them. Sidewalls are priced the linear foot.

Standard delivery & pick up is structured by zip codes scheduled Monday - Wednesday & Friday between the hours of 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Saturday 11:00 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Yes, all orders require a deposit equaling half the total balance. Deposits are non refundable however a credit will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.
We ask you to leave everything under the tent and stack the equipment as it was delivered. If you do not have a tent, we ask that you leave everything accessible to the pick-up crew in the same location as it was delivered as it was delivered. If the items are not accessible or prepared to pick up when the crew arrives, there may be an additional delivery charge to return and pick up the equipment.

We can set up on Grass (our favorite), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. There may be situation where items cannot be installed. A site visit by one of our employees may be needed before booking to ensure the item you want will work in the area. Site visits start at $25.00.
Yes, we do offer water barrels*, concrete ballast or concrete fasteners for an additional cost.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear of our equipment. If there is a problem with any of the equipment please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not opening sidewalls in high winds, allowing candles to melt on linen, standing on top of tables or chairs) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the equipment which can up to thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
